01 · The Expansion Problem

Entering a new market usually hits one of three walls.

1

Hiring before validation

A full-time BDR means salary, benefits, ramp time, and management overhead, all committed before the market is proven.

2

Closers stuck prospecting

Internal sales teams are built to close. When they carry prospecting too, outreach happens in bursts and follow-up fades.

3

No structure, no data

Without defined territories, clean data, and a disciplined process, expansion is reactive, inconsistent, or stalled.

MKE Group exists to make expansion systematic.

02 · What We Do

External business development infrastructure.

Not an agency sending volume. Not a marketing retainer. A defined, maintained system that produces qualified expansion conversations, with your team holding the pen on every deal.

Territory data and pipeline analytics on a laptop
  • We define the markets. Geographic focus, ideal customer profile, deal-size alignment.
  • We build structured lead intelligence. Verified companies, enriched contacts, CRM-ready data.
  • We deploy disciplined outbound sequences. Calibrated engagement, not volume blasting.
  • We route qualified conversations to your team. With context, documentation, and territory insight.
  • You retain pricing, contracts, and closing authority. We feed the pipeline. You own the relationship.
  • We maintain the system. Data refresh, message refinement, performance feedback, every cycle.

03 · Service Models

Structured by default. Flexible by design.

Some partners need a full outbound engine. Others need clean lead data, campaign execution, or short-term activation. Pick the model that fits, and scale it as your objective changes.

Best for: teams with internal sales capacity who need reliable market visibility.

  • Geographic territory mapping

04 · Our Process

A structured path to market expansion.

Outreach in bursts. Targeting that shifts midstream. Follow-up that fades. That is how most expansion fails. Every engagement follows this defined, repeatable framework instead.

1

Strategic Alignment

Outcome: clear market definition and expansion objectives.

Before any data is built or outreach begins, we define the foundation, so outbound activity is focused, not broad.

  • Territory definition
  • ICP clarification
  • Deal-size alignment
  • Industry segmentation
  • Buyer role identification
  • Competitive positioning
2

Territory Intelligence Build

Outcome: structured, validated market data ready for activation.

We build the data infrastructure that becomes the foundation of territory ownership.

  • Company identification by geography
  • Qualification filtering
  • Contact enrichment
  • Industry tagging
  • CRM-ready formatting
3

Campaign Architecture

Outcome: a defined outbound framework ready for deployment.

Before launch, messaging and cadence are engineered. Every sequence is structured for controlled engagement, not volume blasting.

  • Positioning refinement
  • Value articulation
  • Sequence design
  • Follow-up cadence planning
  • Objection anticipation
4

Outbound Deployment & Execution

Outcome: consistent, measurable outbound coverage.

Activation begins. Outbound is treated as ongoing territory coverage, not a one-time event.

  • Campaign launch
  • Multi-touch execution
  • Follow-up discipline
  • Reply monitoring
  • Engagement tracking
5

Opportunity Routing & Optimization

Outcome: a repeatable outbound system that strengthens with each cycle.

Qualified interest is documented, summarized with context, and routed to your sales team, while market feedback sharpens targeting and messaging.

  • Qualified interest documented
  • Context summarized
  • Opportunities routed
  • Messaging refined
  • Targeting improved

05 · Why This Model Works

Expansion infrastructure. Not headcount risk.

Hiring internally requires

  • Salary plus benefits
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Ramp time before results
  • Management oversight
  • CRM and tooling setup
  • Long-term commitment

MKE Group provides

  • Immediate outbound infrastructure
  • Territory-specific market intelligence
  • No payroll burden
  • No HR liability
  • No internal management overhead
  • Scalable expansion capacity

You pay for expansion infrastructure. Not headcount risk.

06 · Industries

Built for high-value B2B expansion.

Outbound infrastructure makes the greatest impact where contracts are meaningful, buying involves multiple decision-makers, and territory coverage matters.

Commercial Property Services

Growth here is territory penetration: consistent engagement with property managers, developers, and commercial operators.

Examples: lawn and snow contractors, facility maintenance, commercial cleaning.

Specialty Manufacturing & Equipment

High-value products sold into defined verticals, where targeted geographic outreach drives scalable expansion.

Examples: industrial equipment, food service equipment, modular builders.

SaaS & POS Providers

Software companies rely on defined verticals. Structured outbound accelerates market entry in specific geographies.

Examples: hospitality POS, vertical software, workflow automation.

Merchant Services & Financial

High-margin recurring revenue models benefit from disciplined targeting and structured outreach in defined markets.

Examples: payment processing, equipment financing, leasing.

Hospitality & Food Service Suppliers

Regional expansion depends on consistent engagement with restaurants, hotels, and independent operators.

Examples: coffee roasters, beverage distributors, food manufacturers.

Recurring B2B Service Providers

Businesses built on steady pipeline flow and defined territory penetration.

Examples: managed IT, security, energy efficiency, consulting.

A strong fit if you are

  • Selling B2B with average deal sizes above $5,000
  • Entering new geographic markets or launching product lines
  • Scaling regionally or nationally
  • Seeking consistent pipeline without hiring internally
  • Testing expansion feasibility before building internal teams

Probably not ideal for

  • Low-ticket consumer products
  • Purely ecommerce businesses
  • Impulse purchase models
  • Businesses dependent solely on inbound marketing

08 · About the Founder

Structure drives expansion.

Matthew Kelley builds outbound systems for companies that want disciplined expansion. His background spans wholesale distribution, hospitality supply, commercial services, and commission-based territory partnerships. Across those environments, he repeatedly saw the same pattern: strong companies with good products struggling to grow. Not because demand did not exist, but because outbound activity lacked structure.

Matthew began building structured outbound frameworks to solve that problem: defining the right markets, identifying the right companies, and executing disciplined outreach that produced qualified conversations. Over time, that work became MKE Group.

Today MKE Group supports product and service companies entering new geographic markets, activating new verticals, or building consistent outbound coverage, without expanding internal headcount.

The Philosophy

  1. Define the territory.
  2. Engage with discipline.
  3. Route qualified opportunity.
  4. Refine continuously.

Outbound is not marketing. It is operational infrastructure.

09 · FAQ

Common questions.

How are engagements priced?

We structure partnerships to align with your growth model: a one-time project fee, a short-term campaign engagement, a monthly retainer for ongoing execution, revenue share alignment, or a hybrid. The right structure depends on scope, and we scope every engagement individually.

Who closes the deals?

By default, you do. We route qualified conversations to your team with context and documentation, and you retain pricing, contracts, and closing authority. For select commission-based partnerships, we can carry deals through to close ourselves, as we do for brands like Madawaska Coffee.

Do you guarantee lead volume?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We focus on structured, disciplined outbound within clearly defined parameters. What we can promise is a defined territory, clean data, calibrated outreach, and full visibility into every conversation.

What do you need from us to start?

Phase one covers it: your territory, ideal customer profile, average deal size, and positioning. A twenty-minute call is usually enough to determine fit and shape the first engagement.

What if we only need data, not outreach?

That is our Lead Intelligence model: verified companies, enriched decision-maker contacts, CRM-ready formatting, priced per list. Many partners start there and expand into campaign execution later.

How quickly can a campaign launch?

Strategic alignment, the data build, and campaign architecture typically take the first couple of weeks. Activation campaigns are commonly structured as 60 to 90 day sprints, so you see meaningful market signal within a quarter.

Structured expansion begins with clarity.

Tell us about your product, your market, and where you want to grow. We will tell you honestly whether structured outbound is the right tool.

A twenty-minute call is enough to determine whether we can help. If we cannot, we will say so.
